No. The price you bought at stays with your subscription and every renewal is charged at it, even once the price list says a higher figure. A new price list applies to new purchases and to switching plans. It only works one way: if the price list ever gets cheaper, the lower figure reaches you immediately, so you never pay more than this page shows.
You start on a full plan on trial — with declarations sent and the UPO returned, no card asked for. When the trial ends, the free plan remains: a view of the whole month, meaning registers, the calendar of deadlines and the amount of tax that comes out of them. You cannot download a file or file a declaration on the free plan — that starts with the paid ones.
On the cheaper paid plan you compute the tax and download the finished JPK file, then submit it yourself. On the higher one the declaration goes to the gateway straight from here, the UPO comes back as proof, and repeating it each period is something you can leave to a schedule — off by default, and running without you only where you sign with your authorization data.
ZUS contributions and the annual PIT-28 are not settled in Biurko — you do those outside the app or with an accountant. We will not pretend otherwise; what you take from here is an orderly ledger and a computed base.
Yes. The figures in the price list are net and the invoice adds 23% VAT. The subscription invoice is issued automatically and waits for you in the app.
