2026 is a real legal reset for Polish SaaS. Mandatory KSeF for B2B, DSA in full swing, NIS2 for most operators, AI Act from August, Omnibus for consumers and fresh UODO guidance on cookies. We've updated the Terms, Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy in all three languages, with a clear changelog of what changed and a re-acceptance prompt where it's required.
