New feature v0.125.0
v0.125.0 — VAT-UE, VAT-UEK and VAT-9M from your own documents
Biurko builds the VAT-UE recapitulative statement, its VAT-UEK correction and the VAT-9M declaration from the month’s invoices. A sole proprietorship files them straight from the app and gets the UPO back.
October 16, 2026 Taxes
You sell services to businesses in the EU or buy from them — so every month there is a recapitulative statement, and a company that is not an active VAT payer and bought a service abroad also has the VAT-9M. These forms are now built from the same documents as the JPK.
- From the documents you already have. “Generate VAT-UE / VAT-9M” on the declarations list builds the VAT-UE from the month’s invoices — supplies of goods to other EU countries, acquisitions of goods and services provided to EU taxpayers — and the VAT-9M from the import of services of a company that is not an active VAT payer. You see the positions before anything is sent.
- Filing with an UPO. You sign the declaration with authorisation data and send it to the Ministry of Finance e-Deklaracje gateway. The Official Acknowledgement of Receipt comes back to the declaration and confirms exactly the file in front of you.
- Corrections. When a filed VAT-UE contains an error, Biurko prepares a VAT-UEK with “was” and “is” positions. The VAT-9M is corrected by filing it again in full.
- Deadlines in the calendar and on the Overview. The VAT-UE shows up in the calendar only in months with a transaction, the VAT-9M together with the tax to pay, which you mark as paid. The Overview shows the month’s forms, and the invoice page shows which of them the document went into.
- Filed outside Biurko. A form filed some other way is marked with “Mark as filed outside Biurko”, with the UPO as proof.
- Companies and VAT-8. Authorisation data only signs declarations of natural persons, so a limited company downloads the finished XML file and files it itself — the app says so before sending. The VAT-8 declaration is filed outside Biurko.
- Plans. Preparing and downloading the file starts on the first paid plan, filing with the tax office on a higher one — just as with the JPK.
