Your invoice PDF used to be a single fixed layout, always in Polish, carrying our logo instead of yours. Not anymore.
- Ten templates to choose from. Classic, minimal, modern, compact, elegant, bold, ledger, soft, sidebar, executive — from a clean modern look to a full accounting-ledger grid. Pick yours in Settings → Invoices → Appearance and watch a live preview before you save.
- Your branding on the page. Upload your company logo, set an accent colour, and add a footer note. Every invoice you issue carries them.
- The document in the right language. Issue the PDF in Polish, English, Ukrainian, German, Czech, Slovak, French, Spanish, Italian or Lithuanian — or bilingual, with Polish and one other language in parallel columns.
- The language follows the recipient. Set a preferred document language per contractor, or choose it once when you send or download. When you email the invoice, the message follows the document language for Polish, English and Ukrainian.
The legal original is still the KSeF e-invoice — this is about how your PDF looks and reads. Crisper output, your brand, your client's language.
