New feature v0.23.0

v0.23.0 — VAT registers, JPK to download, and the ryczałt ledger

A new Taxes section: a pulse of the current period, VAT sales and purchase registers, a JPK_V7M file to generate and download, and a revenue ledger with the monthly ryczałt.

July 18, 2026 Invoices

Biurko issued your e-invoices to KSeF — but settling with the tax office still started in your accountant's spreadsheet. Now the groundwork for that settlement is computed inside the app.

  • Taxes section and period overview. A new menu group with a pulse of the current month: VAT to pay, surplus carried forward, a countdown to the JPK deadline, the declaration status, and how many lines are already in KSeF. An alert when you approach the VAT-exemption limit (240,000 zł).
  • VAT registers. A projection of sales and purchases for the chosen period — exactly the rows the JPK is built from, each carrying its KSeF number (or an OFF/BFK/DI marker).
  • JPK_V7M to download. Generate the JPK_V7M(3) file for a period in one click and download it schema-valid — to hand to your accountant or file through the government portal. Sending it straight from the app, with the UPO receipt, comes next.
  • Revenue ledger (ryczałt). Your monthly sales revenue multiplied by your ryczałt rate, month by month with a yearly total — the basis for the annual JPK_EWP. The "Pay tax" card gives you a ready transfer title and your tax micro-account.

The 50% deduction of the paid health contribution will arrive together with the ZUS module — then the ryczałt "amount to pay" will account for it automatically.
