New feature v0.24.0
v0.24.0 — File JPK to the tax office, with the UPO — and on autopilot
Send JPK_V7M and the annual JPK_EWP to the Ministry of Finance from Biurko, sign with your authorization data or a trusted profile, and get the official UPO receipt back — with an optional schedule that drafts and files for you.
July 23, 2026 Invoices
Last release generated the JPK file to hand off. Now Biurko files it for you — end to end.
- Send to the tax office, with the UPO. Generate → check → sign → send, without leaving the app. Sign seamlessly with your authorization data (dane autoryzujące, for sole traders) or with a trusted profile (profil zaufany) through the government signing page. When the Ministry of Finance accepts it, Biurko stores the official UPO receipt and gives you the PDF.
- Automatic filing (optional, off by default). Switch it on and Biurko drafts your JPK a few days before the 25th and — if you allow it — files it for you, but only a clean declaration with no warnings. Every automatic step is logged and you are notified. No other Polish invoicing app files on a schedule.
- Annual JPK_EWP (ryczałt). Your yearly revenue ledger becomes the annual JPK_EWP — generated, schema-valid, and filed through the same channel.
- Obligations calendar. Every deadline in one place — JPK_V7 on the 25th, the VAT payment, the ryczałt advance, the annual filings — each marked upcoming, due soon, filed or overdue.
- AI assistant. With your permission, the assistant can list, generate, download and even file your declarations — with a two-step confirmation before any irreversible submission.
Once a declaration is accepted, a later change to a document it covers is spotted automatically and a correction is drafted for you.
