v0.32.0 — A new layout: settings moved to what they govern
Tax and KSeF configuration moved into their own sections, money is gathered in one place, bureau work got a section of its own, «Settings» shrank from ten tabs to five, and the sidebar now shows only what will actually open.
All of a company's configuration lived on one screen with ten tabs. The flat-rate percentage, the VAT frequency and automatic filing sat under «Ministry of Finance», two clicks away from the screens that live off them. Subscription and storage were tabs of the company settings, while billing across every company was the fifth tab of your profile settings, next to changing your password. A bureau's client register was a settings tab too. We laid it out again.
- Tax configuration lives in Taxes. Taxation form, flat rate, VAT frequency, cash method, micro-account and tax notifications are now «Taxes ▸ Tax settings», next to Overview and Filings. The tax screens no longer send you off to the company settings.
- VAT proportion finally has a screen. Proportional deduction (art. 90) and the pre-coefficient (art. 86(2a)) could until now only be set through the assistant — the browser had no field for them at all. The section shows the two years the law keeps alive: the provisional proportion for this year and the final one for last year, with the turnover hint alongside.
- KSeF configuration lives in KSeF. Automatic pulling of purchase invoices, automatic sending, filling contractors from the registry and transmission notifications are now «KSeF ▸ Settings». The «Ministry of Finance» tab, whose address depended on the rights of whoever opened it, is gone.
- Money in one section. «Subscription and payments» gathers the company plan, storage, billing across every company you pay for, and the basket for paying on behalf of clients. A link from an expiry email now leads straight to that company's plan, with no switching to it on the way.
- The bureau has its own section. «Clients ▸ Managed companies · Staff access» — a bureau's daily work stopped being a settings tab. A company that manages nobody does not see the section at all.
- «Settings» is five tabs instead of ten: Company · Invoices · Team · Notifications · AI and MCP. Company details — name, tax number, address, refresh from the registry — got a tab instead of a dialog on the company list, roles became a sub-tab of Team, and the way into settings is in the sidebar, not only behind the gear of the company switcher.
- The menu shows only what will open. Each entry's visibility is now decided by the server, from the same gates that guard the screen itself. An entry that would answer with a refusal simply does not appear. The plan is the exception: such an entry stays and gets a quiet lock, because that is an offer, not a denial.
- Switching companies no longer lands on an error page. If the screen you were on does not belong to the newly active company, you land on the dashboard with an explanation instead of a bare access denial.
- The sidebar has headings: Work · Authorities · Company. Reordering and hiding entries work as before, only per group — an arrangement saved earlier carries over on its own, with nothing lost.
- Returning from the payment window lands on the company you paid for. When the window does not close by itself (routine on iOS Safari), the fallback now leads to the plan of the company you just paid for — not to whichever company happened to be active.
The moved screens have new addresses and we deliberately do not redirect from the old ones: links in messages sent earlier may have stopped working, and every new one already points at the right place.
