v0.33.0 — Subscription and payments, rebuilt: a trial you can see, a bureau rate you can finally reach
The company plan screen now counts down the trial and shows what happens after it, storage got a package shop, bureau client billing moved into one screen, and the bureau rate and renewal date are now computed fairly — no lost days, no unreachable thresholds.
«Subscription and payments» already had its place in the menu, but the screens inside it barely held together: the plan page said nothing about the trial, buying storage meant guessing how much you were actually buying, and a bureau's client billing lived at a separate address, apart from the rest of the money. The bureau discount was computed in a way a large bureau could never actually reach, and renewing could burn days you had already paid for. We rebuilt three screens, and how the money underneath them is counted.
- «Company plan»: a trial you can actually see. The 14-day trial now has a bar that shows how many days are LEFT, counting down as they pass. You can see which plan the company falls back to once the trial ends, and exactly what you'd lose — separate comparison cards for «AI Assistant (MCP)» and «Tax module». Usage against limits — invoices, seats, companies, storage — is still shown on bars, and payment history stays where it was. Before this, the trial screen said nothing at all.
- «Storage» got a package shop. One gauge with a tick mark where the plan's included share ends, three package cards with a price per GiB and what the limit becomes after buying, and a full purchase register with all five states: completed, refund processing, refunded, disputed with the bank, rejected. Units are labelled GiB (binary gibibytes) everywhere; price per unit: 1.00 / 0.60 / 0.40 zł per GiB.
- «Billing» is one screen instead of two. The old, separate bureau client cart is gone, folded into this screen — the clients block inside the page is visible only to whoever has the right to manage bureau clients. Companies on the left, a live receipt on the right, the current price tier at the top.
- The bureau rate is now a property of the whole account, not of one payment. The discount (39 / 34 / 29 zł per client) used to be computed from the number of companies in a SINGLE payment: a bureau with a hundred clients, naturally renewing on a hundred different dates, sat permanently at the top rate — the discount existed on paper but was never reachable. Now the rate is computed from every paid seat on the account plus what's in the current payment: you can pay in any parts, on any dates, and the threshold does not suffer for it. A client that already has an active seat is counted once.
- Renewal counts from the expiry date, not the payment date. Paying ahead used to burn the remainder — pay 10 days before the end, and those days simply vanished. Now the new period stacks on top of what's left instead of erasing it. The trial's remainder becomes a base too: the first payment lands on top of it.
- The annual cycle and a promo code now work in the bureau cart. An annual payment for clients used to be rejected outright, and a promo code was never applied to the cart at all. Both work now, and the server computes the entire cart price — the receipt shows exactly what will be charged, including a line for any automatic promotion, with its name.
We removed the old, separate bureau client cart address (/billing/clients) and we deliberately do not redirect from it — links from messages sent earlier may have stopped working. Bureau billing now lives under «Billing», inside «Subscription and payments».
