v0.40.0 — A new PRO plan, a plan boundary drawn along the result, and a price that stays with your subscription
Paid plans used to differ by seats and companies rather than by what they actually do. The boundary now runs along the result: the free plan shows your tax, the cheaper paid one hands you the finished file, and the new PRO sends the declaration to the gateway and collects the UPO. The price you bought at stays with your subscription.
Until now plans differed mainly in seats, companies and attachment storage — none of which changes anything for a one-person firm on a B2B contract. Meanwhile the one thing that is genuinely our strongest advantage, sending a declaration to the tax office straight from the app, sat inside the 19 zł plan. We have sorted this out once, and honestly: the boundary now runs along the result, not along limits.
- A new PRO plan — one firm that settles itself. The same seats as the cheapest plan, but the declaration goes to the gateway straight from the app, the UPO comes back as proof, and a schedule repeats it every period without you.
- The plan boundary runs along the result. Free: you see the whole month — registers, the revenue ledger, the deadline calendar and the computed tax. The cheaper paid plan: you compute and download the finished JPK file. PRO: you send it and hold the UPO. Sending a declaration, which used to work in the cheaper plan too, is now part of PRO.
- Tax settings stay on the free plan. Form of taxation, ryczałt rate, VAT status and VAT accounting method are the input to the calculation, not its result — a plan buys you the file, the sending and the automation, never the configuration.
- The archive sits outside plans entirely. The UPO and XML of an already filed declaration are downloadable on any plan, always, exactly as an unfiled draft can always be cancelled. Changing plan can close off sending; it never closes off the document proving a filing that already happened.
- A refusal stopped being an error. Instead of an empty screen or an access-denied message you see which plan is needed and what it gives you — and the button stays where it was, leading to the pricing page instead of vanishing.
- The price stays with your subscription. TEAM now costs 69 zł net instead of 49 — but anyone who bought it at 49 renews at 49, including when switching to annual billing. The new price list applies to new purchases and to switching plans.
- Automatic filing does not disappear quietly when a subscription ends. The setting is kept and simply does not fire, and the subscription-expiry reminder names the nearest deadline the schedule will no longer cover — before that deadline passes, not after.
- The AI assistant behaves exactly like the browser. The same boundary in both directions: the sending tools require PRO, while reads of registers, the calendar and declarations — free to see in the browser — stopped refusing the assistant.
