v0.41.0 — Your accountant gets their own seat, and it's free
Inviting an accountant used to consume a paid seat — and on the free and cheapest plans there is only one seat, yours. Every company now has one extra seat for an accountant: outside the plan limit, at no cost, on every plan.

Your accountant's access to your data should not be a line in a price list. It was: every person you seated consumed a seat from the plan limit, and on the free plan and the cheapest paid one there is exactly one seat — yours. For someone on a B2B contract the conclusion was absurd: to let an accountant pull the register herself instead of asking you for PDFs by e-mail, you had to buy a bigger plan.
- One free accountant seat in every company, on every plan. It does not count against the user limit and costs nothing. It works on the free plan too.
- The role on that seat is fixed and cannot be changed. An accountant gets invoices, KSeF, taxes, contractors, products and services, bank accounts, cost categories and numbering. No payments or subscription, no inviting further people, no company settings and no role management. An attempt to change that role is rejected — one at a time and across a multi-row selection alike.
- There is exactly one such seat, and the database enforces it, not just the form. An open invitation reserves it too, so two invitations can never race for the same seat; revoking or declining an invitation releases it immediately.
- The seat counter split in two. The team screen and the subscription screen now show "plan seats" and "accountant seat" separately — free or taken. A single number would have lied in both directions after this change.
- The invite button no longer greys out when the paid seats are gone but the accountant seat is still free.
- If an accounting practice keeps your books, its staff member takes that same free seat, provided they come in as an accountant and the seat is free. Working with a practice no longer requires you to buy a plan.
- The AI assistant knows about the seat. Inviting through the assistant accepts the kind of seat, and the team listing shows it per person — the browser and the assistant read the same state.
