v0.42.0 — The first run now leads the way: a start-up wizard and a dashboard checklist
After signing up, the app said "create a company" and left you there. It now walks you through the three things a whole month depends on — your form of taxation, KSeF and the first invoice — while a checklist on the dashboard shows what is still missing.

The first screen after signing up did not know who had arrived: one "create a company" button, and immediately after it, connecting to KSeF. Someone on a B2B contract who simply wants to see their month ran into an integration with the ministry's system before the app had even asked which form of taxation they are on.
- A start-up wizard instead of a single button. Three steps — form of taxation and ryczałt rate, the KSeF connection, the first invoice — and a finish line: the whole month in view. All of it on a track you can see at a glance.
- The wizard owns no forms of its own. Every step leads to a screen that already exists, so no second place to configure the same thing came into being — and there is no risk of one of them falling behind.
- Progress is counted from facts, not from clicked steps. A step lights up because the tax profile is saved, because the KSeF connection is active (an expired one does not count) and because a first sales invoice has been issued (a draft does not count). Progress cannot be clicked into existence.
- "I skipped it" is not the same as "I haven't done it". Dismissing the checklist is stored separately from completing it: the strip disappears from the dashboard, the wizard stays reachable, and your company's state never pretends to be finished.
- KSeF is no longer a wall at the entrance. Creating a company now lands you in the wizard rather than straight into connecting KSeF; that step is marked "you can do this later" and blocks nothing else.
- There is no paywall along this path. All three screens the wizard leads to work on the free plan — tax settings, KSeF connections and issuing an invoice.
