Your price will never exceed the published one. The amount stored with your subscription shields you from a rise but yields to a fall: when the price list gets cheaper, the lower figure reaches you immediately.
The price survives a chargeback and a failed refund. If coverage lapsed while a dispute was open and then came back, it came back priced at the current price list. It now comes back at what you bought it for — restoring is not a new sale.
The free accountant seat can no longer be taken sideways. While an invitation for your own accountant was waiting to be accepted, a bureau staff member could take the seat reserved for them — after which the invitation could not be accepted and nothing explained why.
Limit messages appear under the field again. Refusals such as "no free seats in your plan" could raise an error dialog instead of an ordinary form hint — fixed across every message of that kind at once.
The nightly reconciliation no longer does paid work for a free account. You still learn that a filed period has drifted from the register, but the correction itself and its file are produced only on a plan that covers them. The file of a declaration that was never filed is no longer downloadable outside that plan — unlike the documents of filings that did happen, which you can always download.
The calendar no longer promises ZUS deadlines. The hint listed them among the deadlines kept "in one place", although the calendar does not show them and will not until we compute the contributions. It now says so plainly and suggests keeping your own reminder for the 20th.
The VAT rate is no longer hardcoded. The "+ VAT 23%" note under prices came from the text rather than from the configured rate — after a change, two screens would have shown a different figure from the invoice.
The first-steps list only offers what you can open. A team member was shown steps that lead to an access refusal.
"First invoice" is counted the way the month counts it. A proforma, an advance invoice and a farmer invoice used to close that step even though they never enter the ledger — and the list then disappeared on an empty month.
The bureau-mode switch shows the state the company is actually in. A company that manages clients is a bureau regardless of this switch — yet the switch still rendered as off and could be clicked to no effect. It now shows the effective state, and when that state comes from managed clients it is locked and says so.
