v0.57.0 — Periods filed outside Biurko

A period filed elsewhere is marked one at a time or a whole run at once. Until now the calendar kept asking for every month from before you arrived, because nothing told it somebody had already filed them. The duty cell now offers "Mark as filed outside Biurko", and beside it a selection mode: tick a dozen months and record them in one go, with a confirmation step that first shows you the date and the surplus about to be written. A cell that cannot be ticked says why — the period is still running, no such duty is owed, it is already filed, or it is a duty answered by paying rather than by filing.
You state the date only if you know it — and only one that could have happened. If you do not remember the day it was filed, leave the field empty — the period reads "date unknown". We do not fill in a day on which nobody filed anything, and we do not record a day that falls before the marked period ended or one that has not arrived yet.
The surplus carried forward has one home. On the last period you mark, you state the amount that file carried into the next one — and that is the figure the first period filed through Biurko starts from. If you have already stated the same amount in the tax settings as your opening carry-forward, the app refuses to store it twice and tells you where it already stands — and it refuses just the same to build its own declaration for a period the settings already speak for, or to accept a period in the settings whose declaration is being prepared in Biurko right now.
The UPO receipt turns the mark into proof. You attach the XML file the tax office issued as its confirmation of receipt. We check the signature, the NIP, the form, the day it was received and — for JPK_V7 — the very month the document is about; a file about another period is refused — and we name the period it actually confirms — while the mark stays exactly as you made it. The attached receipt stays beside the period: you can open it and download the signed original at any time. The annual JPK_EWP receipt carries no period at all, so the year remains your own assertion and the app says so plainly. We do not rebuild the VAT register from the receipt — it proves the filing happened, not what was in it.
Nothing is sent to the tax office and no figure is computed from it. The mark is your own statement about what happened outside the app — Biurko sends nothing and works out no tax for a period it never saw.
The mark can be withdrawn, and a correction of such a period is locked. Withdrawing puts the filing duty back and deletes the attached receipt — we say so before, not after. We will not issue a correction of a period filed outside Biurko: a JPK_V7 correction re-files the whole period, and its contents are not ours to know — for that you go back to whoever filed the original.
You can see which period we filed and which somebody else did. In the declarations list, in the history and in "Previous periods" such a period carries its own badge, one reading for a mark with a receipt and another for one without. The period's own screen says it too — it does not ask you to file what has already been filed, and it does not call such a period overdue. A locked "Download XML" says why there is no file.
The AI assistant can do the same. Four tools: mark a period, mark a run of periods, attach a receipt, withdraw a mark. Withdrawing — the only one that destroys anything — first shows what it is about and waits to be confirmed.
We ask you to accept a new version of the terms no earlier than the day it comes into force. Every published version now carries its own effective day — the previous one too — so announcing the next version no longer makes the previous one bind earlier than announced (§ 21 sec. 3 of the Terms). A document from the archive shows its own effective date instead of the current version's.
