New feature v0.59.0

v0.59.0 — ZUS contributions, computed in Biurko

Until now Biurko computed the tax and said plainly that it did not watch ZUS. From this version it computes it: a new screen names every contribution of the month, one transfer is recorded as three entries, and the contributions you paid reduce the ryczałt advance on their own. You still cannot generate the DRA declaration — that is the next step.

August 29, 2026 Taxes
  • A new “ZUS contributions” screen names the month part by part. Pension, disability, sickness and accident separately, their sum, the health contribution with its basis and band, and the Labour Fund together with the Solidarity Fund. A total does not identify the parts — in 2026 the sickness rate and the combined fund rate are both 2.45 % — so every part stands on its own, with its own basis.
  • You state the scheme, not the amounts. Start relief, preferential contributions, mały ZUS plus, full contributions, or health only where another title already covers the rest — together with the day the scheme takes effect. A month is settled under the scheme in force on its first day, so a scheme stated today never re-states January.
  • One transfer, three entries. One payment goes to one ZUS account number and answers three duties. You state the transfer once, with the split the calculation suggests, and Biurko writes up to three entries — because the deduction reads each of them differently.
  • Contributions you paid reduce the ryczałt advance. Social in full, half of the health contribution — counted by the day the money left the account, not by the month the contribution was for. A February contribution transferred on 20 March reduces March.
  • The health band is visible before it is crossed. The screen shows which of the three bands the year stands in and how much room is left in it. It matters, because once a threshold is crossed the higher rate is owed for every month of the year, not only for the month it was crossed in.
  • The calendar knows the 20th. Contributions have their own column with the deadline rolled onto a working day, and a month Biurko cannot settle does not pretend to be zero — it says what it is missing, and never accuses you of being late with a figure nobody has named.
  • Three reminders that are easy to miss. The end of a contribution relief, the window for the contribution-holiday application — filed in the month before the exempt one, through eZUS only — and the deadline to join mały ZUS plus. The first two come once a year.
  • A contribution holiday can be recorded. You enter the month ZUS granted, together with the date of the application, and the calculation stops charging social contributions and the funds for it. The health contribution stays — the exemption does not cover it.
  • The AI assistant answers with the same figures. Two new MCP tools return the month and the whole year exactly as the screen sees them, including the reason when an amount cannot be named.
  • What is still missing. Biurko does not generate or send the ZUS DRA declaration — you file it as before. Contributions are computed today for a sole proprietorship settling income on the ryczałt; under the scale and the flat rate the health basis reads an income that arrives with the revenue-and-expense ledger.
